Is the border included in every size?
Every size comes with 1 cm white border for optimal framing.
Do the pictures include the frame?
Every picture, in every size, is supplied unframed. Most offered sizes are standard for framing.
Panoramas sizes most likely require a custom made frame.
What paper is used for the artwork?
Every artwork is printed on Giclée Hahnemühle Photo Rag, one of the best paper in the market used by galleries.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination of your order.

I currently ship print orders worldwide, with shipping rates shown at checkout.

If your country is not available at checkout and you would like to place an order, email info@javilorbada.com and I will confirm whether shipping can be arranged.

How long it takes to receive the print?
Each print is made to order and is usually produced and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.

After dispatch, delivery times are typically 6 to 10 working days for the UK and Europe, and can take longer for other international destinations depending on the exact destination and carrier.

Tracking details are sent by email once the order has shipped.

How is the print packed?
All small prints will be carefully packed in sturdy cardboard and shipped.
Bigger prints will be rolled in a sturdy tubular container and shipped.
Can I return my print?
As stated in the Return Policy, prints can be returned within 14 days starting the day after the print has been received.
If the print is damaged, or the order is in some way defective, we will send a replacement print free of charge.
